What is the cost of a Goldendoodle?
Goldendoodle puppies are incredibly rewarding, but they also require a lot of time and effort.
We do what’s best for our puppies and clients as responsible breeders.
Our genetic testing, OFA certifications, temperament screening, and high-quality dog food are all part of our efforts to provide healthy, well-bred Golden Retriever puppies.
We also invest a lot of time and energy in our puppies to raise them to be great companions for many years to come. Our goal is to desensitize and prepare the puppies for life after they leave the nursery they are exposed to Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) exercises that introduce different surfaces, tactile experiences, and sounds.
The pricing of our puppies reflects our commitment to providing you with a loving furry friend for the rest of your life.
Guarantee of Genetic Health for 2 years
We as the Goldendoodle breeder provide a 2-year genetic health guarantee for the doodles. This guarantee will protect the owner against genetic diseases that might arise in the first two years of the puppy’s life. To honor the 2-year genetic health guarantee, we require the golden doodle to undergo a wellness exam with a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of leaving the puppy nursery.
Embark Genetic Tested Parents
All of our adult dogs are genetically tested for genetic disorders, so we know exactly what genetics we are breeding into our doodles. This alone gives us confidence in their genetic health.
We closely monitor our doggies from the day they are born until they leave the nursery to ensure their health and well-being.
Golden Crest Retrievers believes in providing you with your doodle’s important medical information, which is why we use Breeder Cloud Pro. By using the Breeder Cloud Pro, we can conveniently post vaccination dates, microchip numbers, and vet information. With the Breeder Cloud Pet Portal, you have access to medical information whenever you need it. Your veterinarian can easily receive the information you need.
A Visit to the Nursery
We take great care of our puppies and wish to keep them healthy. Once you fill out a puppy application, we invite you to visit our facility by appointment. In order to reduce the risk that someone may unintentionally bring a harmful disease (like parvo, giardia, etc.) into the nursery and compromise the health of our puppies, we ask that only serious customers visit.
Our recommendation is that you wait at least 6 weeks before visiting the puppies to ensure their safety. We invite families on our waiting list and those who are picking from the current litter to come over to a puppy picking day after the puppies are 6 weeks old. We understand it is so exciting to visit and play with a litter of Goldendoodle puppies and that you want to share that experience with your friends and extended family. The picking process is for members of the family who will be valuable to the process. Young children are welcome, but their parents should supervise them closely when they are around the puppies.
For those unable to attend Puppy Picking on Saturday, we offer video calling and post puppy update videos on our YouTube channel.
Our main concern with having visitors too early is stressing the mother and her puppies with strangers handling them at such a young age. Please accept our sincere thanks when we ask you to wait until the pups are 6 weeks old before visiting them.

Airplane Travel with a Goldendoodle
In today’s world, many people travel with their pets all the time. We are about an hour from the Colorado Springs Airport. If you would prefer to fly into an international airport we are about 2 hours from Denver airport.
There are numerous airlines that allow small pets to travel with their owners. Do your research to find a pet-friendly airline, and review their guidelines for traveling with your puppy.
